Kaden Gilchrist

A Utah native from Kaysville, Kaden works out of our Park City office. His practice includes divorce, custody disputes, parentage, child support, and other areas of family law.

Kaden graduated from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law in 2023, where he edited the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, wrote wills for indigent community members, and worked with faculty and the State Department to research the effects of emerging technologies on human rights.

Prior to law school Kaden worked in personal injury law, helping clients navigate medical treatment and insurance problems. Kaden graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2018. Kaden lived for two years in Ecuador where he became fluent in Spanish and worked with immigration authorities to help international volunteers obtain visas. He has a love for Latin American culture, which he also studied in university, and has enjoyed working with Hispanic members of the community throughout his professional career.

Kaden lives with his wife, son, and beagle. He enjoys camping, fishing, skiing, hiking, and soccer.
