Aubrey Staples
ATTORNEY AT LAW
Aubrey Staples is family law associate at Just Law, LLC. working with managing partner Nonie Ferguson out of the Park City office. She has been a practicing attorney since 2021 after obtaining her law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. During her time in law school, Aubrey interned for 3rd District Judge Holmberg. She has worked extensively in framing Utah’s Domestic Relations Special Master law. She believes that every case is unique and deserves its own individual strategy and attention. Aubrey is licensed to practice in Utah and Wyoming.
Aubrey is a Utah native who grew up in the small town of Echo, Utah. Her involvement in her local FFA Chapter (The National FFA Organization) and her small-town largely impacted her decision to become a lawyer. In her free time, Aubrey enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé James and their spicy rescue dog Stella. She also enjoys camping, baking (especially during Christmas), and being with family.
